Size: Between $1 and $6 million of EBITDA.

Invest Equity Capital for: Management or other form of Buyout, Acquisitions, or Growth Capital.

Geography: Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and South.

Positioning: Target businesses with defensible market positions, competitive advantages, and potential for growth.
