Prior to founding RGC, Mr. Ruffolo worked as an industrials analyst at Point72 Asset Management in Stamford, CT where he was responsible for leading the industrial investing practice of the CIO team’s $2.5bn portfolio. His duties included supply chain analysis, industry trends, company specific competitive advantages and understanding of capital structures and valuations. Prior to this, Mr. Ruffolo worked for the mergers and acquisitions team at UBS Investment Bank, focusing on industrial companies in the United States as well as cross-border mergers within Latin America. Mr. Ruffolo is on the board of JR Language Translation Services, a leading lower-middle market translation and globalization company. Mr. Ruffolo holds a BS in economics with a concentration in finance and legal studies from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding RGC, Mr. Colabella worked at Commonwealth Opportunity Capital in the Greenwich, CT and London offices where he helped manage a $500 million credit allocation invested in loans and bonds of publicly and privately held companies in North America and Europe. Mr. Colabella previously worked in the Credit Solutions Group at Macquarie Capital in New York where he originated corporate loans and made equity investments in privately held lower-middle market companies. Prior to Macquarie, he worked at UBS Investment Bank in the Leverage Finance, Financial Sponsors, and Restructuring Group. Mr. Colabella holds a BS in economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sachin Goel: Managing Director at a middle market private debt and equity investment firm with $2bn under management. Mr. Goel’s responsibilities include deal origination, investment, portfolio monitoring, and relationship management. Mr. Goel also serves as an advisory partner to Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm, and sits on the Board of Harvest Veterinary Partners, a veterinary clinic management company. Mr. Goel serves on the board of the Saint Bede Academy Alumni Association and resides in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
Michael Provenzano: CEO and co-founder of Vistar Media, a location-based advertising technology company that is revolutionizing how the world buys and sells mobile and out-of-home media. He previously co-founded Invite Media, Inc., the first universal demand side platform for online display advertising and was acquired by Google in 2010 for $81 million. Michael received a BSE in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
